Pastor Matt is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University and Wheaton College. Matt ministered in Kansas City for 12 years and then was pastor in Sandwich, IL for 9 years. The Larson’s moved from the midwest in 2007 to South Florida. Their children Lynzee, Levi and Lacey are an active part of the ministry team at New Hope. You will always find Matt and Margot available to care and encourage you.
Native to Central Florida, Matt and Dani Whidden are a vibrant young couple who have answered the call of God on their lives. Having served their local church throughout their teenage years and into adulthood, they each furthered their education through Southeastern University. Each demonstrating a unique relational ministry style, Matt and Dani are fun and engaging while also challenging students to live out their walk with Christ in a way that is uncommon to their generation. They are dedicated to making life long followers of Jesus Christ, and to having a great time while doing it.
